Smith Brothers Heating and Cooling Terms and Conditions

AirPros Energy Utah (DBA Smith Brothers Heating + Cooling) provides heating, cooling, and fireplace installation and maintenance services to homeowners and businesses in Southern Utah. These Terms apply to all users of the Site and our services.

By accessing the Site or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Site or our services.


3. Changes to the Terms

5. Pricing and Payment


All pricing for our services is provided upfront and is subject to change based on project details, location, and market conditions. Full payment terms and details will be provided in the service agreement specific to each job.


Payment Terms:


Payment is due at the time of service.We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.Invoices are due immediately upon receipt unless otherwise specified.Late payments may incur a 10% fee if unpaid 30 days after the service date.


6. Cancellations and Refunds


Cancellations:


You may cancel or reschedule service appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.


Refunds:


Refunds will be provided only in the event of overpayment or other extenuating circumstances, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


7. Warranties and Guarantees


We guarantee our workmanship and the quality of the products we install. Specific warranties for installed equipment (such as heating, cooling, and fireplace systems) are provided by the manufacturer and will be detailed in your service agreement.


Workmanship Warranty:


Smith Brothers Heating + Cooling offers a 1-year labor warranty on all installations and repairs. However, if you sign up for our maintenance service, the labor warranty is extended to 3 years.Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.


8. Liability and Limitation of Liability


General Liability:


Smith Brothers Heating + Cooling will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our Site or services, including but not limited to:


Any errors or omissions in the services providedService interruptions or delays caused by external factorsUnforeseen damages resulting from the installation or repair of systems, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct


Maximum Liability:


In no event shall Smith Brothers Heating + Cooling's total liability exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation or repair site is ready and accessible for our technicians. This includes:


Ensuring clear access to the workspaceProviding accurate and necessary information regarding your home’s systemsEnsuring all safety precautions are taken, including moving personal items from the workspace
